about it, but I dont have the time to. When I finally do though, my thoughts are totally different
from before.
Initially, I wanted to say how awesome and nice the Japanese people are and how their courtesy
extends to the point where they refuse to put down the phone even when they cant comprehend
me at all. Well, I guess its still not as bad as the other countries.. but still...

I'm currently desperately trying to pick up Japanese to say something else than
" can you speak English?"Ok, I just ran the CD from my bro's Japanese textbook, expecting
colourful and helpful visuals, which led to much disappointment. It seems that it's only an audio
file, though it could be just that something is wrong, especially since god knows when i last used
a CD. The book doesnt have any English translation in it too.It gets really frustrating sometimes
because it shows pictures of people talking to each other and I'm like ???. Brings back memories
of my primary school days where you can't speak English in Chinese classes. I'm sure you can
pick up another language with such translations readily at hand, but I guess the tougher way allows
you to think Chinese, not think English and translating it in your head before speaking Chinese
which is definitely a disaster.

My job doesnt seem as rosy anymore too. I'm like sitting at my third desk today. Had to shift
once because that station has a permanent occupant which no one informed me about, and the
second hasa faulty phone. Thus I had to shift to the third as I can't just transfer the phone over
as someone might call this line. The upside is that this desk is kind of more spacious and even
has a "wrist rest" on the table. Many down sides include the phone produces static noises,
my in-charge is right behind me and the desk has also, a permanent occupant. I'm just going to
bring my own phone to work tomorrow.
I'm going back to learning my japanese now.

Something happened. I really thought I screwed up. But I really don't know now.
